Body Back will challenge you to break away from your comfort zone and it will feel amazing. You will be proud. You will have other moms cheering you on. In pushing yourself, you will break down barriers that have kept you from realizing your goals and you will begin to unlock your full potential.
Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes:
- 2 high-intensity interval workouts per week
- Before and after fitness assessments
- Meal plan and food journal
- Individual coaching and support from your instructor
- Group support and interaction
- Suggested workouts for off-days
